I've enabled sync on my old computer, and have enabled it again again on my new one, but I don't see a way to pull in my past shortcuts...
They should show up automatically after a while, however the sync feature is still experimental and buggy (will soon be replaced with something else).
If it doesn't work I'd recommend to turn sync off and export the preset manually instead.
