I need to get some help with Bettertouch, and it looks like I can only get help through the forum, but my assigned username on this forum is leaking my real name (it's fetching names from social media accounts). It seems that I cannot change user name on this forum without admin permission, but there doesn't seem to be a way to contact admin via private message either.
Is there a way to contact the forum admin about username change, so that I can start posting questions?
