how could I open Open Time Machine Settings... via the Apple Menu Bar ?

It is located in Apple Menu Bar → Time Machine Icon → Open Time Machine Settings...

What I tried:

  • click on image does not work reliably
  • click on fixed coordinates does not work because they vary as the apple menu bar expands and retracts

There is a predefined action for this. I don't use it, so I don't know much about it.

There you can also choose which click you want.
