How can i add action on touchbar to start/stop my PomoDone timer?

Hi.

Please help me make a little modification to GoldenChaos-BTT. I want to add button on touchbar for start/stop timer in PomoDone app. How can i do it?

In PomoDone app i can set global hotkeys to start and stop timer. Are there any ready-made solutions, where i can add global hotkeys and icons for touchbar to indicate started and stoped timer?

You have a link for PomoDope? I can't find the app… :wink:

But basically, if you can sign any hotkey acting system wide from PomoDope, you can add this same Hotkey to the Touchbar with the icon of your choice.
Or did I miss something?

Sorry, it's «PomoDone». :slight_smile:

I can't just add hotkey to touchbar, because hotkey to start timer and hotkey to pause it is different. I need two things:

  1. If timer don't started. In touchbar i see «start»-icon. If i tap her — hotkey is run, icon on touchbar change to «pause»-icon.
  2. If timer started. In touchbar i see «pause»-icon. If i tap her — other hotkey is run, icon on touchbar change to «start»-icon.

You could try this BTT preset found on GitHub (didn't test it though) and add your hotkeys at the desired moments in the original script.
