Hi Andreas!
Natively, holding ⌘+Shift+V pastes text without formatting. I think it would be very intuitive to add this feature to the clipboard manager in the Touch Bar. Maybe in the future, you could consider adding hotkeys for other options that are available when an item is held down (with format, as file, just copy, type, one line)
