Hide Touch Bar in Application

hi there, how can I hide the the complete Touch Bar in Application? Thanks & greets, Clemens

You can add a black button with black text and no action assigned

I followed said actions for the specific app, yet it isn't performing the desired result. I've also tried cycling through the "Touch Bar Configuration For (TV):" options; BTT (or the stock TouchBar depending on the option selected) still shows up.
