Having focus on first item in Finder window

Hey, does anyone know if there is a way to have BTT automatically select the first item in a Finder window? Like have the first item in the folder have the focus so I could do a keyboard shortcut on it! I was testing options, but couldn’t seem to get it work!

I know you can't have it right click on a specific item unless it's in a certain view, but wanted to see about just the first item like the top of the list if I say have it in date modified order!

You can use the opt+arrow up shortcut to select the first item in a list (followed by the shortcut you want to use)

However this only works if finder is in list mode.
