Global shortcut to send application shortcut to application?

I want to create a global shortcut that will send an application one of its own shortcuts. Is this possible?

More specifically, what I want to do is to send TIDAL one of its own shortcuts, namely cmd-right arrow (skip current track and play next track in playlist), but without the distraction of having to switch to TIDAL to do it. Can this be done?

you can use the predefined action "send shortcut to specific app". Not all apps support receiving keyboard shortcuts while they are not focused though, in that case use the "bring app to front before sending" and "switch back immediately" options:
