Gesture shortcut sent to all users logged in

Describe the bug
When I open safari on user A and fast switch to another user B (A is still logged in), triggering a gesture (in my case, 3 Finger Swipe Down) sends CMD-W to the top window of both users A and B.

Test steps:
0. Set 3 fingers swipe down to CMD-W for all applications (i.e. in Global)

  1. Open 3 tabs in safari on user A
  2. Fast switch to user B when Safari is in focus
  3. On user B, open safari and 3 fingers swipe down 3 times to close 3 tabs
  4. Switch back to user A
  5. The safari tabs have been closed
PS: both users A and B have the 3 fingers swipe down to CMD-W shortcut

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
MacBook Trackpad

I have the exact same issue, and it's quite a big hindrance to my workflow.
I've been looking into a workaround - perhaps shutdown BTT before switching, and then automatically starting it again.

But, I can't find any trigger for something like that...
