Hi Andreas,
First: your floating menu's are awesome, your whole app is awesome!
I spend some decent time (see video)...
... creating 4 floating menu's, which float on top of each other (to make specific hovering effects possible);
all fixed sizes, all centered on main screen;
all fixed positions, nothing relative.
Z-indexes respectively:
1x1 menu z=4
3x3 menu z=3
5x5 menu z=2
7x7 menu z=1
Checkbox 'Position on Screen'-> 'Only update position when requested' does not influence this 'draggable behaviour'; checked or unchecked, does not make a difference.
Only the top 1x1 z=4 menu is fixed and un-draggable.
Everything else works, like a charm, except they're quite easy to drag out of position by accident.
I'm creating these menu's for people with vocal disabilities and physical challenges.
They for sure will drag these menu's by accident, because of the limited skills in handling their mouse or trackball, sometimes even handled by feet instead of hands.
The only way to initialise the menu's to their intended positions is by restarting BTT.
Would be marvellous if you could create an option to make, fixed, undraggable Floating Menu's!
THANKS,
I love your apps,
Cheers,
Less Border
