Fixed position for button but can still scroll

Hi,
this is my current Touch Bar layout:

I just have a question; I'm wanting the 'next song' button to stay where it is (it currently moves left, depending on the length of the name of the song), BUT if I scroll, it moves. Currently to the right of the 'next' button, I have a shuffle and a repeat button (which I don't want showing without scrolling).

How can I do this?

Yes, but this stops it from scrolling. I still want it to scroll when I swipe.
