I got the system information from the AquaTouch present and the cpu-activity-master zip's you can find on Github. I might have got it from some other presents because I really wanted to customize my Touch Bar but I can't remember, I apologize.
Here's my default touch bar :
From left to right :
- music playing (with album cover, clicking on the widget = pause/play)
- 5 shortcuts opening specific Finder folders
- Hiding/showing the Finder folder tree
- Hiding/showing the Finder preview pane
- File info
- Showing files as icons / list / colum
- "DEL" replicating the DELETE button functionality
- Current volume level.
Everything is hand-picked from various presents and widgets, and is constantly changing. I like fiddling 
Other presets appear with modifier keys, but I can't take screenshots (or Touch Bar shots) of them, because my screenshot keyboard shortcut interfers with it.
