# Endless Launching BTT

First try to enable safe mode:

If you can then launch BTT first go to help -\> export diagnostic debug information and send the result to me ([andreas@folivora.ai](mailto:andreas@folivora.ai))

Afterwards you can try to delete some triggers you have recently added. Most likely one of them is running into a bug, crashing BTT
