When using the old UI the enable checkbox is missing for trackpad/mouse triggers so the only way to disable the triggers is either to delete them or switch to the new UI. However, the enable button is available for keyboard triggers for whatever reason.
the old ui has not been touched since early 2018, it is not supported anymore and should not be used.
