Duplicated entry behaving erratically, not updating icon, makes BTT screen blank

Describe the bug

  1. Use Cmd-C and Cmd-V to duplicate entry.
  2. Edit the new entry
  3. Shortcut action reverts to original entry shortcut
  4. Set new icon. Original item's icon is displayed instead of new.
  5. After few more changes the list becomes blank and restart of BTT is required.
