I have had this bug for almost a year now. It is not function related, but only when BTT is open, when I clock and drag anything, the mouse does not release. the Dragged object stays under the cursor and does not let me click on anything. with the mouse or the Touch Bar. Only the keyboard works, but sometimes not even that. The only way out of it is to restart my computer.
On a related note, the BST preview windows appear whenever the mouse if moved near them, even if I am not dragging a window.
