Disabling Global or App-based actions per app/conditional group

this is something that is simple and should be easy to implement.

If I have global Touch Bar actions, I should be able to disable them for a particular app, if that app needs a different toolset (or just more space).

In the same way, if I have an app (ie. Safari), I should be able to disable the Safari-based actions so that I can, for example, add in Google Docs actions front and centre. For instance, I could put my go-to websites under a folder to save space and put my Google Docs actions out, instead of pushing them all together.

you can use conditional activation groups instead of apps to show/hide items based on various conditions
