Disabled duplicate triggers prevent enabled duplicate from working

Describe the bug When I have duplicate keyboard shortcuts and disable the first one, the second (enabled) trigger doesn't execute when activated.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.): Keyboard Shortcuts

Screenshots

Trigger actions (I can send the scripts, if needed):

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: Macbook Air M4

  • macOS version: macOS Tahoe Version 26.0

  • BetterTouchTool version: 5.634

Additional information (e.g. crash logs, related issues, etc.): Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a keyboard shortcut trigger with actions

  2. Duplicate this trigger

  3. Disable the first trigger

  4. Try to activate the second trigger

  5. The second trigger fails to work despite being enabled

  6. Disabling the second trigger and enabling the first one makes the trigger work again.

Thank you Andreas!

Not sure. If I remember correctly, this happens when an app-specific trigger is deactivated, then the (same) global trigger no longer works in that app. Or similar

But in your case, both triggers are for the same app?

Unfortunately I can not reproduce this issue. Are you sure your enabled action sequence works at all?
