While in fullscreen mode I will frequently drag my cursor to the top of the display to access tabs, menus, etc, in applications such as Chrome, VSCode, and many more. This causes the title bar (not the menu bar) to drop down covering the menus / tabs and makes me have to drop the cursor down then back up which is a bit of an annoyance.
I would like a setting to disable the title bar while in fullscreen mode, as I can access the window options via the menu bar or keyboard shortcuts.
