I'm trying to set up some customized snap areas, and I want the animation to look exactly the same as the pre-defined ones.

What's the input values for the background-color, border-color,...etc.?
It looks like you changed at least the default border size. I'd recommend to just set the background & border in the window snapping settings manually and then use the same one for the snap areas:
Thanks man. I guess that makes sense. I can see there is a "Make these settings default for future snap areas" already. I wonder if it also makes sense to have a "apply to all" in the global settings.
