Custom window resize doesn't allow e.g. "33,33%"

Describe the bug
I want to resize a window to a third of the screen (33,33%). But when I type in 33,33 it changes it to 33. I've tried putting in "33.33" but then get an error saying it's not a valid number. Typing in "33,33" doesn't give an error but is just changed. Maybe the value is saved "wrong" in the database.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
