Critical apps crash when going fullscreen mode, for all apps who are iOS/ipadOS compatible

When using iOS or iPadOS compatible apps on macOS and going full screen, the app stops responding completely. One app as an example is Goodnotes 5.

Affected input device (only tested this): MacBook Trackpad

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro M1
  • macOS version: 11.4
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.562

Possible solutions:
Please give an option to exclude some apps from the presets. Not having to select apps to include but rather default behaviour is to work on all apps continuously installed except those excluded.

any update on this? as it is still happening

Unfortunately this might not be solvable. I think it's related to the pinch gesture being interpreted by these apps - so switching to another gesture should workaround the issue.
