Create list of all triggers?

I have a poor memory, so I'd like to have a list of all my shortcuts that I can pin to the side of the screen. At the moment the only way that I've figured out how to do this is to just screenshot the list in the program and then edit and pin the screenshot.

It seems like a pretty basic feature to me, but I can't seem to find anything about this on the forum or in the documentation. Anyone got any tips?

Any updates? I've reviewed all the posts and discussions about this but I'm not nearly skilled enough in coding to even begin to follow any of the hacks that sort of create what I'm looking for
