Thanks to an earlier post that I didn’t see until now, this has been fixed by resetting the permissions, Thanks 
BTT is Relaunching continuously (eg about every 5 - 10 seconds), however there has been no crash log generated/recorded, the only stable way I’ve been able to launch BTT is via /Applications/BetterTouchTool.app/Contents/MacOS/BetterTouchTool in Terminal.
I have had no trouble in the few years I’ve been using BTT. As some background, today I installed the GoldenChaos complete Touch Bar UI replacement preset which started my issues with BTT - asking over 100 times for my Shared Secret to be entered, eventually getting to continuously relaunching and requesting my Shared Secret again.
I have done a complete uninstall and reinstall, however now the issue as above occurs.
