Conditional Group - Changing Safari tab does not change touchbar

Describe the bug

I have set conditional group for one certain website to show certain touch bar setup. When I open the website the touchbar is properly loaded however when I close the tab or just change to other tab the "conditional touchbar" remains visible. The only way to get rid of it is to jump to desktop (or any other app) and switch back to Safari.

P.S. Seems like "touch-bar" tag does not work properly in this forum. If I select this tag upon posting new topic I get "tags is invalid" error and. when I search this forum by "touch-bar" tag it shows no result...

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

Macbook Touch Bar
