Combining "Float on top" with "Assign to All Desktops" doesn't work as expected

Before bug reporting, please make sure you have tried the latest (alpha) version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Any bug reports that contain insults against me or my software will be deleted without warning (unfortunately this has become necessary to mention here).

Set up keyboard shortcut for "Float on top for focused window"

Right-click on Firefox icon and select "Options / Assign to all desktops". This keeps my firefox window visible when I switch desktops.

Focus the Firefox window and execute "Float on top" using keyboard shortcut. It works and I see the blue corners, cool.

Switch to another desktop.

Firefox window is still visible, but no longer floats on top. I'd like it to keep floating on top even when I switch desktops.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

I've only tried with keyboard shortcut.

If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem. (You can just paste or drag them here)

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro M2 Max 32GB
  • macOS version: 13.5.2
  • BetterTouchTool version: (please post the exact version - not just "the latest one")

4.334 (43340)

Additional information (e.g. crash logs, related issues, etc.):

I'll add an option to make the floating window show on all desktops

Did you ever do this? I couldn't find the option in BTT

But it does work now if I chose "assign to all desktops" manually
