Colour picker is unclosable when main window has been destroyed

Describe the bug
When BTT is open it is possible to open the colour picker. (e.g. when choosing a button colour for the touch bar) If the colour picker is still open when the main BTT preferences window is closed, the colour picker remains and the buttons on the picker no longer function. (Also the BTT icon remains in the cmd-tab list, indicating the application is 'open') To close the colour picker once it is in this state the user must open the preferences window from the task bar, then close the picker, then close the BTT pref window.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
BTT Preferences window

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MBP
  • macOS version: 10.14.3
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.717

(not really a big deal, but just a weird UI glitch)

I second. When you summon the system colour picker it immediately becomes locked (frozen) and no user input is possible unless BTT is quitted. Other BTT windows are movable and menus work but the colour picker remains unresponsive and unclosable.

System: macOS 10.14.6
BTT version: 3.562
