Close Window Under Cursor During Mission Control

Describe the bug
I frequently use the close window under cursor while in mission control. I hover over a window then two finger tap my trackpad and it typically works to close windows but if i have 10 windows open it is common for it to only work on 8 - 9 of the windows. Some apps, such as adobe acrobat, never close (which could be a different issue IMO).
