Caps Lock as Hyper Key Not Toggling Caps Lock When Pressed Alone

I’ve set up my Caps Lock key as a Hyper Key in BetterTouchTool. The Hyper Key itself works perfectly.

However, I’ve also enabled the option to “Toggle Caps Lock” when unused, and that part isn’t working at all. When just pressing the Caps Lock Key, nothing happens.

What kind of keyboard are you using? I think this might only be supported on Apple keyboards.
