Can't set Advanced Trigger Conditions in new UI

Describe the bug
For example, I want some action to work only when the mouse cursor is on the menubar. The setting is not saved at the new UI. Each time it changes the setting to the first option, which is "Trigger Anywhere". I have to run the old UI and mark the condition there.

Ha stupid bug, I think it doesn't work if notes are entered. I'll fix it.
