I've not used my BetterSnapTool for 3 years now because its not been wanting to open. Now when I need it it still won't open and I need help understanding what to do. Apple Support said it's a application problem. I doesn't work uninstalling and installing again.
When moving the app to the trash, it now says I need to purchase it again, so I replaced it back on the system.
