Cannot work constantly to make two finders in Top and Bottom of the window

I setup the keyboard shortcut as in the attached file. This is simple. But it works sometimes, but it doesn't work sometimes. It doesn't work consistently. I thought I needed to wait a while before the last command, but I don't know what I should do. Please help.

I'm not sure why you use Menubar-Item, but try like this:

Thank you very much! This solution resolved my issue.
I took this approach because BTT does not support Move & Resize for the Top & Bottom positions. My solution utilizes the menu and executes the action in one step. However, if Finder is already open elsewhere, this method may create additional Finder windows unnecessarily.
Once again, I learned the importance of using:
(Async) Delay next action by 0.10 Seconds
