Describe the bug
I click to add a new keyboard shortcut. The focus is set to "click here to record a shortcut". I click the play button on my keyboard. The expected behavior is that the play button is captured and recorded by BTT as the key that I want to map. The actual behavior is that my music starts/stops and the "click here to record a shortcut" box is still empty.
Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
The built in unmodified touch bar, and also my external Logitech k860 which is connected via Bluetooth.
Device information:
- Type of Mac: MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
- macOS version: Catalina 10.15.6
- BetterTouchTool version: 3.402

Problem seems to reproduce for other keys on the external keyboard, such as brightness up, brightness down, etc.
