Cannot open .html files

Describe the bug
I made myself a floating menu which, combined with the Did open URL trigger, allows me to choose the browser in which I will open a given link. Because of this, BetterTouchTool is set as the default browser. Unfortunately, this does not allow opening HTML files. When I try to open such a file, nothing happens. Is there a way to solve this?

mhh currently this is not possible, but I could probably add this. So when opening a HTML file you'd want to trigger the "Did open URL" trigger with a file:// link to the HTML file and then choose which browser to open it with?

Yes. I would like that link to simply appear in the BTT_OPENED_URL variable.
