Can I use a sequence to hold a key?

Hi!
I’m trying to have 1 key do 3 actions

Single Press

Double Press

And Single press + hold.

I know there is a way of doing single press and then hold, but i also want to be able to use a double press!

Is it possible to do the hold action using a sequence? i tried various things but have been unable to get it to work.
