CAG for streaming sites playing in non-active window

I'd like to create conditional activation groups that activate when a streaming site is playing content in ANY window. I often multitask with YouTube or Netflix/Hulu/Disney+ playing in a quarter of my screen, and want customized controls for each site (similar to the QuickMedia section of Aquatouch, but remaining static while I do other things), I just can't seem to get BTT to detect it unless it's my active window. I've tried pulling the process from Activity Monitor but it doesn't seem to work, also only Safari shows a separate process listing for YouTube, but Chrome does not (I didn't test it with the other sites yet, YT is just where I started but I'm expecting the same results), and I switch between Safari and Chrome constantly depending on what I'm doing.

Is this even something I can use to activate a CAG? I would prefer not to script it in a bunch of individual widgets or buttons because I don't want them updating constantly when I'm not watching anything. Considering it would be 8-sets of controls (each site, on both browsers), that's a lot of unnecessary stuff running in the background when you consider the fact that I use my laptop consistently during the day and only stream tv/video a few hours a day at most

The left of this screenshot shows Activity Monitor, with youtube's process highlighted, and the CAG conditions window. If anyone knows how to make this functional, please lmk :upside_down_face:
