BTT NotResponding

Bugs or Unexpected Behavior

Since some versions, at least 2-3 times a day my BTT process ends up in a "Not responding" status. To resolve it I just restart BTT. I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary to trigger this (or at least this is what I think). I have checked https://community.folivora.ai/t/bettertouchtool-not-responding-v5-522/ , but not sure if could be the same.

It is happening at this very moment, so is there something I can check while in this status to help you troubleshoot @Andreas_Hegenberg ?

Try to take a sample of the process if it happens, maybe I can see what's wrong from it:
E.g. via this terminal command:

sample BetterTouchTool -file ~/Desktop/sample.txt

There seems to be some dead-lock in the JavaScript execution. I'll check whether I can find something!

I made some changes in 5.549 alpha that should prevent the deadlock, however I need to monitor whether this has any side effects I didn't account for.

Pretty sure that since I've upgraded to 5.549 this no longer happens. Thank you.
