BTT no longer allowing me to proceed with trial after updating

Describe the bug
I've just updated from an older version of BTT when it prompted me to do so today, I had 6 days left on my trial when this message came up in screenshots. However after updating, I constantly get the same 'BTT app outdated' message even though after pressing 'check for updates' it gives me an 'up to date message'. My days left on trial has also increased from 6 to 45 so this is also an issue.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
MacBook Pro Big Sur


Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro
  • macOS version: Big Sur 11.7.1
  • BetterTouchTool version: 4.072 alpha (tried non alpha as well)

Additional information (e.g. StackTraces, related issues, screenshots, workarounds, etc.):
I have tried reinstalling 3 times and restarting machine as well. I have tried downgrading however nothing works, even though I only had a week left I still wanted to continue trying before considering purchase

I am having the exact same issue. I have 23 days left on my trial
