I have just installed BTT and the Aquatouch preset but immediately my MBP has stopped sending me the popup notifications (with sound) for my Outlook app when I receive emails?
It is essential I have this. I have disabled Aquatouch and no change. I then disabled and quit BTT and I am still not receiving the notifications.
Can anyone advise?

BTT does not change notification settings. I don't think Aquatouch does either.
Maybe check your notification settings in System Preferences => Notifications for the Outlook app.
Or did you maybe accidentally enable "Do not distrub" mode in macOS using Aquatouch? That would also disable all notifications.
