BTT Gesture Issues (2 finger tap)

Hi there. I am having trouble configuring BTT on a new Macbook Air. Two main issues are:

  1. I want the 2 finger tap and 2 finger click gestures to both send COMMAND-Click in Firefox (and other browsers). This should cause links that are clicked using either of these gestures to open in a new tab. It sort of works with 2 finger tap in that that the new tab does open. But the context menu also opens, and another click is required to get rid of it. The 2 Finger Click gesture will not open a new tab; it only brings up the context menu (which I do not want).
  2. I do not want BTT to show up in Dock when it is running. I want it to show up only in Menu Bar. Where is that setting?
  3. I have tried to make a Single Finger Click on Right Side sent Shift+Command+T (which reopens a tab). It refuses to work.
