BTT doesn't work for about 10 seconds when I start my mac

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
For the past few weeks when I start up or unlock my mac, BTT doesn't work, or even show up in my status bar for 10 seconds or more. This is a problem when using one of my custom triggers is the first thing I usually do.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
2015 macbook air running el Capitan because I need to stay on this OS.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: 2015 MBA
  • macOS version: EC
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.086

Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have the latest version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

It just needs some time to start the app before the macros are working. Have a look if you can delete a few other unnecessary start-items to speed it up.
Maybe there is also a way to prioritise one app to launch first, but I wouldn't know how to do this.
