Btt clashing with some keyboard shortcuts with combination of Cmd + Opt + Shift + anything

Describe the bug
Hi there. I have been using btt for quite a while now and I was a huge fan of Better Snap Tool.

I recently noticed a bug that when I execute a keyboard shortcut that contains a combination of Cmd + Opt +Shift + any key, my MacBook will bypass my Opt key and execute a keyboard shortcut without Opt key.

e.g. In Affinity app, the shortcut key of Cmd + Opt + Shift + S which equals to "Export..." exporting the image. Occasionally, when pressing the above command it will trigger Cmd + Shift + S instead (which is the "Save as..." feature).

Another example is that I have set up a keyboard shortcut under System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> App Shortcuts -> Mail.app, adding Cmd + Opt + Shift + F for Mailbox Search. Save as my previous example, occasionally, when pressing the above command, it will trigger Cmd + Shift + F instead.

For both of the above scenarios, the solution are to either open btt and close it (note: not quitting it) or quitting btt and run it again. The former solution is commonly used since I can easily call btt from inputing command on spotlight and close it with Cmd + W.

Wonder if this is a bug to be fixed or I can avoid this by resetting something of my btt preferences. I have exported the debug logs and uploaded them here for your kind attention. Hopefully it helps you to identify the issue. Thanks.
