Update better touch tool UI

the UI update has just barely finished and I‘m still very happy with it. Thus I‘m sorry, but there will not be any bigger update in the near future. A UI update for a tool like BTT is a multi year project. However I‘m constantly improving small things. If you have specific requests that might be easy to implement, please post them!
