I would assume that the crash is related to something being injected that should not be injected.
I have seen similar crashes many years ago when SiMBL was still popular 
(probably on macOS 10.6 or something like that)
I haven't heard about Ammonia yet! Maybe you can exclude BTT from Apple Sharpener somehow?
//edit: apparently there is a blacklist that you can use to exclude BTT from Sharpener: /usr/local/bin/ammonia/libapple-sharpener.dylib.blacklist
