BetterTouchTool lost all my data on the latest upgrade. Not happy.
Device information:
- Type of Mac: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)
- macOS version: Catalina 10.15.7 (19H1419)
- BetterTouchTool version: (version 3.714)
Maybe some database file in BTT got corrupted or you ran into a version incompatibility.
Do you have time machine configured? If so you can try to restore this folder: ~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool
BTT also does create automatic backups from time to time. You could try to restore one of them
