I have used Better SnapTool for years. In the last couple of weeks, it stopped working with Adobe products (Photoshop and Lightroom are the ones I use). Still works with all other non-Adobe apps. macOS 27. ---

Which version of BST are you on? If you are on 1.10.1 make sure to update to 1.10.2 (has been released shortly after 1.10.1 but sometimes the Mac App Store autoupdates take a while) ---

I am on BST 1.10.2. I also went ahead and paid for BetterTouchTool. It's running 6.984. It also does not work with Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom (but other apps still work). I have the latest macOS (27.2) and latest Adobe updates. ---

Mhh both apps seem to work with Photoshop and Lightroom here. Could you try to grant BST / BTT the screen recording permission in system settings =\> privacy & security? In some scenarios this can help to better identify a window. Maybe some other app is interfering here. ---

That setting was already turned on. Are there any diagnostics I could send to you? ---

BetterTouchTool does have logs that might help. Try to reproduce the issue, then go to Help =\> Export Basic Debug Logs and send them to [andreas@folivora.ai](mailto:andreas@folivora.ai), maybe anything weird shows up. ---

Thanks! I just sent them. I did a basic test. I quit & restarted BTT. I opened MS Word and resized. Then I opened Adobe PS and tried to resize - the "box" to snap to never appears when using Adobe products. ---
