BetterSnapTool doesn't work when modifiers are pressed

I try to use BST with a tool to move/resize the window, that requires dragging with pressed modifier keys.

In this cases BST does not respond, i.e., no snap areas are shown and no resizing/snapping takes place.

I use a USB mouse and keyboard.

Can you enable BST to respond to drags that a) start anywhere in/on a window, and b) ingnore keys pressed while dragging?

That's not possible, however you can just use the integrated modifier key move/resize:
