Hi. After trying several Logitech replacements, I’ve settled on BetterMouse and I’m delighted with it and it works (almost) perfectly well with BTT. In the button section of the software, you can map mouse buttons, wheel movements, and combinations of both to keyboard shortcuts. The problem is that these shortcuts don’t work with keyboard shortcuts defined in BTT, unlike keyboard shortcuts defined in macOS, which do work. Any ideas?
most likely they send them at a too high level so that BTT can't see them anymore. You can try activating this option (which is not a great solution but might help):
It is already checked and it doesn't work. Is there any disadvantages to have it checked?
Is there any easy enough modification to BTT you could consider to make it work? I really think they complement each other very well.
