Apps duplicated in config screen won't delete

I’m getting app icons doubled up in the config screen and I’m trying to delete, but they won’t delete. These are doubled in all the options like floating menus, trackpad, etc. Is there a quick fix for this or would I have to export an app’s BTT settings, delete the app and then import then back one by one?

M1 Sequoia 15.7.4

Mh do you know when/how that happened? Do they contain the same triggers when clicked?

Do you have the experimental iCloud/Dropbox sync active?

Not sure really, they just popped up in there. They have different triggers. Haven’t turned on any automated sync at all. I think it’s the setting in pic

This happened again and I kind of figured it out:
This prompt in ask ai: “Please use the same gestures that are in the firefox section for the same functions in Safari and tie them to the proper keyboard shortcut for the similar safari action”

Created a new Safari icon, which I’m sure has a simple explanation on why this happens. Both entries had the same gestures. This time I was able to delete the additional safari in there.
