I want to apply the same actions to a group of apps. Instead of adding them one by one and creating the same trigger one by one, is there any way in which I can create an app group and do it at once?
For example, I want to apply "Leftclick Red Window Buttion" to a shortcut cmd+Q to a couple of apps instead of applying it globally. Is there any way to do it? I have read the doc and googled it, but couldn't find an answer.
Thanks @Andreas_Hegenberg. I saw it before and thought there might be an easier way to do it, like selecting apps directly instead of setting a condition to match app names, which is a bit tedious.
currently conditional activation groups are the only way for this.
They should not be too complicated to set up:
I wonder if you could consider making it a dropdown menu to list all the apps under Application folder if the condition is "App Name" and "is" in addition to enter via typing
Are you aware that you can use (⌥) drag & drop? This is quite fast.
Not really, but you still have to create the same trigger after drag and drop right?
I find it is really really tedious to create a group this way. I wonder if you could consider adding a feature in which a user could import a csv or json file to add a group of apps at once, such as:
App Name, contains, Chrome
App Name, is, Edge
I don't think that would be worth the effort. How big is the group you want to create that it would make writing this in a csv or json worth it?
However I'll soon unify the advanced trigger condition and conditional activation group view - then it will be possible to enter the condition as text:

Irgendwie stehe ich gerade auf dem Schlauch. Was machst du mit (⌥) drag & drop?
Es ist wirklich nichts Besonderes, du weisst das wahrscheinlich schon … wenn du in einer App etwas aufgesetzt hast, dann merkst du, dass du das auch für eine andere App brauchst, dann kannst du die Aktion einfach mit gedrückter Option Taste zu einer anderen App ziehen. Damit wird die Aktion zur anderen App kopiert. Sie ist für beide Apps verfügbar. Ohne Option wird sie nur verschoben.
Das geht natürlich nur zwischen den gleichen Trigger-Familien, also zum Beispiel shortcut von App A zu shortcut von App B, C, D…
Oder umgekehrt: Der Vivaldi Browser akzeptiert praktisch nichts, was in BTT global aufgesetzt worden ist. Also muss ich globale Aktionen immer noch zu Vivaldi ziehen, damit sie funktionieren.... Versteht man das? 
Ach so. Hab jetzt wild versucht in den Activation Group Einstellungen rumzukopieren (was nicht geklappt hat). Ja, ist mir bekannt. Wenn zb Photoshop 2023 kommt und bisher 2022 im Einsatz war kann ich damit alles auf die neue Version "rüberheben". Aber Danke fürs Erklären.
